• Chat messages: text messages exchanged with other users through the Agar messaging feature.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
• Referral information: details you provide when referring someone to the platform.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Location data: approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show nearby matches.
• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Usage data: interactions with the Service, including features used, matches viewed, and time spent.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, access times, and referring URLs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Matchmaking and compatibility scoring: We use your birth details, palm scan images, personality data, and preferences to calculate compatibility scores using our astrology engines (Western synastry, Vedic Guna Milan, Chinese zodiac) and behavioral AI models.
• Communication: To facilitate messaging between matched users.
• Service improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve our matching algorithms, user interface, and overall experience.
• Payment processing: To process purchases of virtual currency (points/credits) through Stripe.
• Safety and security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
• Notifications: To send you match alerts, messages, and service updates (you can opt out of non-essential notifications).

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party service providers, solely for the purposes described:

Palm scan images are processed for compatibility analysis and are not retained after scoring is complete, unless you explicitly choose to save them to your profile.
